Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive member trial, usage, and engagement of products/ancillary services.
  • Create strategies to engage current product/ancillary Members, promote continued usage, and reduce churn.
  • Craft omni-channel communication plans that reinforce brand messaging and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage omni-channel campaigns through execution with internal deployment teams.
  • Develop rigorous measurement plans and testing frameworks for each initiative.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to incorporate member data into marketing efforts and analyze campaign results.
  • Support Member Marketing Director on presentations for the Chief Marketing Officer and other executive leadership.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with ancillary, brand, CRM, social media, acquisition, and public relations teams.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recapitulation decks with optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a leading lifestyle or consumer brand, Membership or Product Marketing role.
  • Expertise in developing and managing communication journeys.
  • Strong experience with rigorous A/B testing and an analytical mindset for continuous optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans that achieve financial and business goals.
  • Ability to work closely with and gain alignment from cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent project management, organization, multi-tasking, and writing skills.
  • High interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Passion for the Equinox brand.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar membership or product marketing role.
  • Experience with omni-channel campaign management and data analysis.
