About the Role

The Associate Omnichannel Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and plans that drive sales and grow market share for Home Cleaning products within critical customers and classes of trade. This role acts as the primary Omni marketing liaison between internal teams (brand, sales, product development) to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across both in-store and online channels. The position requires a foundational understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of executing successful, integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. It involves collaboration, good communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and supports the company's goal of creating a better future for the planet, future generations, and its team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support OmniChannel Marketing Strategies by assisting in creating and executing successful omni marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals.
  • Support understanding retailer-specific goals, promotions, and customer/shopper insights.
  • Contribute to leveraging shopper marketing opportunities across in-store, online, retail media, social, and email channels.
  • Support the management of Omni Marketing budgets for optimal ROI/ROO.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the activation of portfolio Price Pack Architecture (PPA) in partnership with NRM and Finance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of unique, impactful in-store marketing programs.
  • Support omni creative briefing inputs and collaborate with sales teams for flawless in-store execution.
  • Assist in analyzing in-store performance to optimize future programs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of content matrix for asset adoption and contribute to PDP brief writing for NPDs.
  • Support the management of the Digital Shelf and stay current on e-commerce and digital trends.
  • Provide support for Sales, Distribution, Trade, and Merchandising teams from an Omni/Shopper perspective.
  • Provide Shopper Insights to brief customer/channel-specific retail needs in Media 2 Cart planning.
  • Serve as a resource on Shopper/Retailer insights for Omni Strategy Manager in Packet development and refresh.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seek and represent the voice of the Shopper for aligned execution.
  • Support the management and fostering of relationships with external agencies and partners to drive campaign execution and innovation.
  • Assist in communicating Omni Marketing plans, results, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing, tracking, and optimizing Omni Marketing Budgets.
  • Support preparation for and attend Line Reviews and T2T support.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, contributing to reports and insights.
  • Help identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations using data analytics.
  • Support the interpretation of insights from Marketing Mix Modeling and other analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing customer growth strategies and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Contribute to developing competitive strategies to differentiate products and brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on shopper/omnichannel marketing within the CPG industry.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Foundational Omni Marketing knowledge supporting integration of shopper marketing efforts across online and offline channels.
  • Retailer-specific knowledge of marketing programs, platforms, and customer base.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
  • Project and Budget Management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Eager to learn about data-driven marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Basic familiarity with retailer-specific marketing platforms and support for JBP negotiations.
  • Experience working with retail customers.
  • Experience supporting marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Foundational understanding of retail marketing principles and best practices.
