This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site. As Omnichannel Integration Lead, the position holder will support the Omnichannel Operations efforts cross functionally with Marketing, Delivery Unit, Medical, A&I, Global GTM, and IT teams to operationalize the omnichannel engagement models and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Omnichannel Operations efforts cross functionally with Marketing, Delivery Unit, Medical, A&I, Global GTM, and IT teams to operationalize the omnichannel engagement models and platforms.
  • Deliver business lead for portfolio-wide issue resolution on marketing automation tools.
  • Partner with Marketing, HPRC, Delivery Unit, and Omnichannel Excellence TA Leads regarding Veeva Approved Emails (VAE) and Home Office Emails (HOE).
  • Optimize VAE and HOE processes to proactively prevent issues.
  • Drive business requirements and build customer journeys within marketing automation tools.
  • Understand integration between marketing automation, customer data platform, data performance analyzer, campaign planning solution, Vault, and CRM systems.
  • Lead the Customer Data Platform, Campaign Planning Solution, and marketing automation tool, including creating processes for system issues and performance enhancements.
  • Onboard and integrate new vendors into the omnichannel ecosystem, coordinating with Marketing, Media Center of Excellence, IT, and A&I.
  • Create operational guidebooks/playbooks and systems for campaign execution and platform management.
  • Improve and establish processes for stakeholder engagement using the Customer Data Platform.
  • Partner with Data Governance on email consent processes and provide business requirements.
  • Own platforms, business requirements, and integration of tools like marketing automation, CDP, campaign planning, and orchestration engine.
  • Create processes to ensure smooth campaign execution, content tagging, data flow, and monitor performance.
  • Provide strategic consulting on omnichannel journeys tailored for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and optimize omnichannel campaigns for seamless deployment across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create business requirements for marketing initiatives.
  • Onboard third-party paid media into the omnichannel environment, defining business rules for integration.
  • Integrate email campaigns into marketing automation platforms, setting rules for segmentation and personalization.
  • Create and deliver 4C (Customer, Content, Channel, Cadence) instruction files to vendors.
  • Lead process development for omnichannel campaign execution, integrating data sources and configuring workflows.
  • Lead project execution for omnichannel systems, defining requirements and driving platform enhancements.
  • Manage onboarding of new vendors for technical integration, partnering with IT and A&I.
  • Work with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain integration assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Seven-plus (7+) years' experience in/with the Life Sciences, healthcare or technology industries with experience in digital marketing, brand/product marketing, strategic planning, business planning, analytics, system integration, or Commercial / Sales operations.
  • One-plus (1+) year of Vendor management experience required.
  • Three-plus (3+) years of project management experience, six sigma certification, or equivalent required.
  • Ability to handle complex workload required.
  • Demonstrated track record in continuous process improvements and sharing of best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT, project management, and data management.
  • Experience with Boehringer-Ingelheim platforms preferred.
  • Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Willingness to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Omnichannel execution preferred.
