About the Role

The AVP, Demand Generation at Inovalon will lead and oversee the company's demand generation strategy to drive new business pipeline and meet sales goals. This role involves executing high-impact integrated marketing campaigns and collaborating with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute on marketing campaigns, creating integrated/multi-channel campaigns that drive the marketing funnel and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Manage a growing team of demand generation/marketing programs professionals who run multiple end-to-end integrated campaigns.
  • Work across product and service teams, technology partners, sales, and marketing to deliver against business goals.
  • Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, testing new channels and techniques.
  • Track and report on marketing campaigns using tools like Marketo, DemandBase, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Tableau, and others; adjust strategies to meet business goals.
  • Create project plans and tracking tools to deliver marketing plans on time and within budget; report progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives to improve products, services, operations, and overall business performance.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of campaign marketers.
  • Partner with vendors and agency partners to enhance performance in online and offline channels.
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement, including confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
  • Perform duties necessary for operational and financial success of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of well-rounded marketing experience with a focus on B2B SaaS; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing demand generation teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing the Demand Gen tech stack.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and manage people who are not direct reports.
  • Strong execution skills with strategic thinking and tactical action ability.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or relevant field is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
