Behavioral Enablement Lead Analyst - Hybrid

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support trend and analytics team in monthly close activities by refreshing procedures to update claims, claimants, and membership tables.
• Update working claim files with the most recent information, ensuring data quality throughout.
• Refresh related Tableau data sources and dashboards not on an automated schedule.
• Identify areas for workflow improvement and process automation.
• Generate Mental Health Parity reporting and support state-level requests using Excel-based templates.
• Explore potential for automated dashboards.
• Maintain and update Tableau reporting and dashboards as needed.
• Update and maintain COGS dashboards.
• Meet recurring Excel-based deliverables for accounting and reserving teams.
• Assist in creating SQL templates to promote self-service and upskilling among team members.
• Contribute to improved documentation, SOPs, and version control tooling.
• Support ad hoc data-pull requests from the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics.
• Experience querying relational databases with SAS/SQL or Python/R.
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau.
• Data validation skills and great attention to detail.
• Experience with versioning and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to independently perform while managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop clear plans and actions.
• Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitude.

Nice to Have

• Modeling, trending, and forecasting skills or a desire to learn these skills.
