About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers and creative professionals.
• Manage the creative request process, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of creative production including digital assets, print, displays, apparel, and more.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing, sales, sponsorships, and events.
• Provide creative innovation and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Manage department budgets, printing equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Implement processes to track, improve efficiency, and support sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or management role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong design, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability.
• Experience managing creative budgets, equipment, and vendor partnerships.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a creative leadership role within a corporate or agency setting.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

Qualifications
