About the Role

Estrellita is a leading provider of Beginning Spanish reading curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language school districts throughout the country for the past 40 years and launching a new program direct to consumer. We are dedicated to empowering educators and parents with innovative tools and resources to foster student success and academic excellence. The company is based in Englewood, CO, and focuses on educational distribution and a new B2C program, Estrellita en la Casa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking demographics.
  • Oversee the creation and adaptation of culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate marketing materials and content.
  • Manage various marketing channels like social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and website content to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and best position Estrellita en la Casa within Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across different initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Manage budgets for multicultural marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is essential.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creativity and attention to detail to develop engaging and culturally sensitive content.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
