Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships by managing communication and relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Drive project success by ensuring robust scope change management practices are followed to deliver projects successfully.
Champion continuous improvement by managing lessons learned, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in project portfolio meetings to align on goals and progress.
Support warranty processes by assisting with root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution during the warranty process.
Maintain accurate records by ensuring information updates are reflected in the Installed Base.
Contribute to sales success by providing technical and cost input for sales cases and proposals.

Requirements

Significant experience in the bulk material handling mining industry or Electrical Automation OEMS.
Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with OEM side experience.
Background in engineering, construction, planning, quality assurance/control, commissioning, and safety.
Strong understanding of service business and a customer service mindset.
Skills in resourcing, competence development, and performance management.
Empowerment, delegation, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in managing contractors and suppliers.
Sound understanding of procurement planning and practices.
Understanding of relevant BMH technologies and tools like MS Project, and SAP.

Nice to Have

Experience with managing project portfolios.
Familiarity with sustainable technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in bulk material handling or electrical automation industries.
Project management experience of over 5 years.
