About the Role

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Manager in support of the Federal Judiciary. This program provides IT support, infrastructure management, and security for a major federal agency, including planning national IT policy, standards, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Has authority and responsibility to successfully manage required resources, in order to meet the overall requirements of the program.
  • Institute and maintain processes that ensure problems and action items are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reporting.
  • Provide deliverables to the government customer, including Monthly Service Utilization, Capacity, Outage and Upgrade Status and Forecast Reports.
  • Develop, deliver and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Make business critical decisions related to the program and communication efforts to customers and stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.
  • Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiency.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on cloud technology to the program and client.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years total program/task management experience.
  • Experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT and Cloud environments.
  • Experience in managing federal cloud task orders.
  • Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies.
  • Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience.
  • Experience in cloud technology, federal government contracts, and program management.

Nice to Have

  • ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferred.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is not required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain Public Trust for US Courts.
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
  • Travel required: 10-25%.
  • Work location: Hybrid, based in Washington, DC or San Antonio, TX.
