About the Role

The Brand Associate will support key strategic initiatives for the development and execution of the unified and compelling Work brand within a global financial institution. The role involves managing brand strategy, positioning, and identity to build awareness, favorability, and consideration for the Work ecosystem of workplace financial solutions. The position reports to the VP of Brand and is part of the Work Brand Team, with a focus on internal and external brand management and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key strategic initiatives for the development and execution of the Work brand, including brand strategy, positioning, value proposition, and brand identity.
  • Build brand awareness, favorability, and consideration for the Work ecosystem of workplace financial solutions with prospects and clients.
  • Educate, empower, and equip the organization to be brand ambassadors in the marketplace.
  • Manage branding and rebranding efforts to ensure internal teams are ‘on-brand’ and all brand assets evolve to the Work brand and brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update the brand library, including illustrations, photography, templates, and guidelines to meet business and marketing needs.
  • Manage and update internal sites with key brand and campaign materials.
  • Provide direction to internal teams on brand strategy for campaigns, events, digital experiences, etc.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategy, asset creation, and execution internally and externally.
  • Steward brand projects from kick-off through legal review and activation, such as product naming.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management and Firmwide teams to ensure connectivity and integration across brands.
  • Work on special projects across Wealth Management Marketing as needed.
  • Develop compelling presentations in PowerPoint that tell a clear story and answer specific briefs.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
  • Ability to support strategic brand initiatives and manage brand assets.
  • Experience in managing brand libraries, internal sites, and campaign materials.
  • Strong presentation development skills in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
