About the Role

Brand Discovery Lead - Kleenex® is a role within Kimberly-Clark focused on driving the organic search strategy for iconic brands like Kleenex®, Huggies®, and others. The position involves managing and optimizing digital visibility and performance across owned and earned platforms, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance consumer engagement and conversion in a dynamic digital landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, monitor and optimize organic search and content strategies to improve search and conversion performance for assigned Kimberly-Clark brands on owned and earned sites.
  • Manage day-to-day organic search operations, including keyword research, content deployment, performance monitoring, and addressing execution issues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of organic search trends, including AI impact, social search, and emerging platforms, and apply these insights to strategy.
  • Develop insights based on competitor trends, benchmarking, and performance to inform strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with agencies and external service providers in the organic search and content creation space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, analytics) to translate brand and customer strategies into organic search and content strategies.
  • Partner with the IT team to assess and develop technical search strategies and optimize based on performance results.
  • Work with Brand Media Leaders to align organic search plans with paid media strategies.
  • Conduct brand.com and retailer site audits to identify consumer experience improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or web technology, focusing on SEO and content optimization or digital marketing management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with search, mobile, social, data & analytics, CMS, and/or eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, or Moz.
  • Proficient in web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of evolving search trends, including AI-driven search and social search.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis, keyword research, and benchmarking.
  • Experience working directly with search engines or digital agencies on search initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with technical SEO and content strategy development.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and retail media strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and social search trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
