About the Role

The Brand Image Manager at Ralph Lauren is responsible for impacting sales and productivity of regional Ralph Lauren Retail Stores while maintaining the brand image through consistent brand communication and creative presentation. The role involves managing store aesthetics, executing interior and window displays, and ensuring a memorable customer shopping experience aligned with the brand's aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation of all interior and window changeovers, including production of interior sets, prop handling, placement, and rigging.
  • Identify and develop unique design specifications by door in keeping with established seasonal themes.
  • Ensure store interior sets are maintained daily, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for interior presentations.
  • Procure and compile creative and aesthetic elements for windows, such as wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative props.
  • Research, identify, and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props and decorative elements.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of locations to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the store.
  • Plan and prepare for upcoming installations or floor changes in accordance with a rolling creative calendar.
  • Manage checkbooks and ensure all installations stay within budget.
  • Communicate regularly with store teams to align creative needs and updates from the Corporate Office.
  • Update the Team Site with relevant information, including window and interior photos, regional calendars, and directives.
  • Monitor creative competition, learn from external observations, and report insights to management.

Requirements

  • Visual presentation and rigging experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage and engage the team effectively.
  • Impactful 360-degree communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in partnership with teams.
  • Brand passion and a consumer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a luxury retail environment or equivalent.
  • Experience with store visual presentation and rigging.
