About the Role

The Brand Image Manager at Ralph Lauren is responsible for impacting sales and productivity of regional retail stores while maintaining the brand image through consistent communication and creative presentation. The role involves managing the brand aesthetic, creating memorable customer experiences, and overseeing interior and window displays to reflect seasonal themes and uphold the company's premium lifestyle image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation of all interior and window changeovers, including production of interior sets, prop handling, placement, and rigging.
  • Identify and develop unique design specifications by door in keeping with established seasonal themes.
  • Ensure store interior sets are maintained daily, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for interior presentations.
  • Procure and compile creative and aesthetic elements for windows, such as wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative props.
  • Research, identify, and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props and decorative elements.
  • Manage time and organize tasks to ensure all projects and team activities are completed as needed.
  • Nurture, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of locations to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain overall aesthetic and creative appearance.
  • Plan and prepare for upcoming installations or floor changes according to a rolling creative calendar.
  • Identify areas for opportunity and improvement within the role and develop viable solutions.
  • Manage budgets and ensure all installations stay within budget.
  • Communicate regularly with store teams to align creative needs.
  • Stay connected to the Corporate Office via the Team Site, updating directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries, and buys.
  • Participate in timely updates of the Team Site, including photo reviews and regional calendars.
  • Monitor creative competition, learn from external observations, and report insights to management.

Requirements

  • Visual presentation and rigging experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
  • Strong impact in 360-degree communication.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional partnerships and teamwork.
  • Passion for the brand and a consumer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have
