About the Role

The US Endocrine HCP Marketing Lead is a leadership role responsible for guiding the strategic direction and vision of the healthcare professional (HCP) team within the Endocrine franchise. The role involves managing a team to drive HCP education and adoption of the Ngenla product, a once-weekly pediatric growth hormone deficiency therapy, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand value and impact patient lives. The position requires a creative, adaptable, and strategic marketing professional with US marketing expertise and launch experience, reporting to the US Endocrine Brand Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall HCP stakeholder strategy, including strategic brand positioning, target audience identification, segmentation, messaging, brand strategic imperatives, and brand plan development and execution for Ngenla.
  • Create, own, and manage all opportunities within the HCP sphere of influence across field force, peer-to-peer, real-world experience sharing, congress, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Manage a team of 2 HCP marketing colleagues and foster team professional development, maintaining a culture of excellence and joy.
  • Adopt innovative marketing tools and tactics for the portfolio in collaboration with Digital and CMO teams.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current HCP marketing programs and optimize the marketing mix to increase impact.
  • Act as the primary liaison to the US RDS field force, collaborating closely to ensure optimal resource pull-through.
  • Manage and partner with AOR & Med-Ed agencies to meet business needs, troubleshoot challenges, and maximize ROI.
  • Contribute to internal brand strategic planning, prepare customer-facing colleague plans of action, and oversee meetings, agendas, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, CMO, ISS, Digital, and Communications.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or consulting.
  • Previous product launch and in-line US marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong mastery of HCP marketing with a proven track record in developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, extract insights, and translate into strategies and results.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to gather stakeholder input and communicate strategies clearly.
  • Business acumen and expertise in business planning.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.

Nice to Have

  • Launch and immediate post-launch experience.
  • Experience leading or managing teams (formal or informal).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of marketing and/or consulting experience.
  • Experience with product launches and in-line US marketing.

  • Annual base salary ranging from $169,700 to $282,900.
  • Participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20% of base salary.
