BRAND MANAGER

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside Brand teams, Marketing Teams, and Brewery Experience Teams to ensure onsite experiences are of the highest standard and aligned with Sierra Nevada's brand.
• Oversee all administrative duties, including profit/loss statements, expense analysis, payments/invoices, payroll, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience and F&B leaders to create KPI reporting to monitor performance and profitability of business units.
• Partner with Innovation and Integrated Marketing to execute a loyalty program and acquire high-value customers.
• Incorporate industry best practices to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all scope areas.
• Manage teammate engagement within the Guest Experience operations team, fostering growth, development, and recognition.
• Optimize internal processes, identify operational weaknesses, and develop innovative systems to drive growth and efficiency.
• Ensure excellent internal and external customer service, promoting motivation and teamwork.
• Support high traffic times and onsite events by working non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams for 3 years.
• At least 1 year of brand management experience.
• Experience overseeing profit and loss statements.
• Experience in onsite events, hospitality, guest services, or food and beverage preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level understanding of guest experience and food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, team building, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Power BI reporting.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in onsite events, hospitality, guest services, and/or food and beverage.

Qualifications
