About the Role

The Sage Group's client, a leading SaaS company, is searching for a Brand Manager skilled in B2B Tech, Creative brief development, Campaign strategy, Creative measurement, and optimization. The role involves shaping and elevating the company's brand identity through strategic narratives, campaigns, and creative assets. The Marketing team focuses on driving demand for tools and spreading awareness of the company's mission to unleash the potential of every team. The Brand team collaborates closely with other groups to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand experience across all channels, reinforcing leadership in teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative, creative strategies that align with our brand and mission.
  • Create detailed briefs that guide the creative process and ensure clarity of objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, communications, and production, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze performance insights to optimize creative assets and strategies for maximum impact.
  • Independently drive campaigns forward, taking ownership of projects from conception to execution.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and creative direction.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance ideas.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and innovation within the creative team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management or creative strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with campaign execution and project management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and insights.
  • Familiarity with industry trends in marketing and branding.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B Tech marketing.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with creative measurement and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand management or creative strategy development.

Benefits & Perks

  • 6+ month contract duration.
  • Remote work with PST preferred.
  • Compensation of $55/hr. - $60/hr. W2.
