About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join the La Terra Fina team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility and consumer loyalty through high-impact advertising and promotions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agency partners to deliver bold, insight-driven campaigns across retail and digital. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for building brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads development of campaigns and advertising assets to support sales growth.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development—from briefing creative and media agencies to overseeing asset delivery—to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage external partners (creative, media, PR, influencer) to deliver on-brand content, in-store programs, and media placements, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with Sales to own and plan shopper marketing initiatives aligned with retail priorities.
  • Guide creative development across touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, audience insights, and marketing objectives.
  • Translate key brand concepts, messaging and event details to art and advertising agencies to ensure on-point promotional materials at trade shows.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Drive and optimize social/digital strategies to align with brand goals.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with external media firms.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars in alignment with external firms for asset development planning and campaign deployment.
  • Manage external social media and digital marketing firms to develop and deploy content.
  • Deliver timely insights on key in-store activities and overall brand performance through accurate data analysis.
  • Track metrics to analyze effectiveness of media placements.
  • Make recommendations for enhanced performance on media efforts.
  • Own and maintain the marketing KPI dashboard to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Conduct consumer research to support branding strategies.
  • Interpret consumer behaviors in Costco and retail accounts.
  • Identify key consumer, competition, and marketplace trends and provide insights to the Director.
  • Serve as liaison between marketing and other departments.
  • Act as go-to person to provide information on various marketing activities.

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years' marketing and/or brand experience in CPG.
  • Demonstrated creativity with the ability to assess art, media, and graphics for brand 'fit and feel.'
  • Experience compiling and analyzing data to tell 'stories' and interpret competitive marketplace and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage external vendors to timelines and deadlines.
  • Workable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, HTML, and other art/creative tools.

Qualifications

  • BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing or brand management in CPG.
