About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for marketing and creative activities both digital and traditional, including planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts, and guiding the day-to-day activities of partner agencies.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, concepts, and approaches across digital and print platforms/touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain brand standards across all Rentokil-Terminix brands.
• Work with internal teams such as corporate communications, sales, marketing, and HR to ensure brand consistency across written, verbal, and physical assets.
• Conduct annual business reviews analyzing brand performance.
• Measure, analyze, and report on marketing programs and campaign performances against KPIs and ROI.
• Harness data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decisions, and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Strong presentation skills and superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including cloud-based marketing software and experience with the Google Platform is a plus.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C branding processes, including marketing training, CRM, product demonstrations, and data analytics.
• Highly commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with a customer focus and growth orientation.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of marketing and digital content strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure with high drive, work ethic, and personal accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Google Platform.
• Experience with marketing training, customer relationship management (CRM), and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Development, Commercial, or Marketing-related subject.
• Master's Degree preferred.
