Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the TENA brand within the US, managing interface with product development and coordinating or driving global and local product launches.
Develop Go-To-Marketing plans for TENA consumer in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans.
Activate ATL communication activities aligned with Global Brand guidelines and Global Brand Communication assets.
Develop Go-To-Marketing plans for locally generated activities to directly respond to market needs.
Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand.

Requirements

Five plus (5+) years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG or B2C.
Previous experience launching new products and developing complex marketing plans.
Experience managing external agencies and P&L management.
Strong proficiency in Circana/Nielsen is a plus.
Ability to work independently.
