About the Role

The Brand Marketing Manager, RLS Activations, East, NA (NYC based) at Ralph Lauren is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing initiatives across the East region, focusing on markets like Miami and New York. The role involves managing brand engagement tactics, customer acquisition programs, retail activations, local partnerships, store opening strategies, and regional PR efforts to drive traffic, sales, and brand desirability. The position serves as a key liaison between corporate marketing, store management, retail teams, and external partners, ensuring brand vision is translated into localized, consumer-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with national and global brand initiatives and meets commercial needs.
  • Drive development of new customer acquisition and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) strategies.
  • Plan and execute retail activations, client experiences, localized brand partnerships, community-driven moments, and PR opportunities to increase traffic, sales, and brand consideration.
  • Identify high-potential regional brand partnerships to amplify visibility and engage key consumer segments.
  • Support new store openings, tourism initiatives, and seasonal moments to enhance engagement and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with retail management, corporate marketing, and PR teams to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage all logistics for in-store activations and community events, including vendor coordination, partnership agreements, sourcing materials, and guest lists.
  • Oversee onsite event setup, breakdown, and post-event analysis including sales recap, exposure monitoring, and customer sales tracking.
  • Manage budgets for events and marketing plans, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Analyze regional market insights, including competitive and consumer trends, to inform strategy.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to activations and partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary retail marketing contact for the East Coast, building relationships with store management, external partners, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and regional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in luxury brand store and event management.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn technical applications quickly.
  • Experience with events management and local PR is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel approximately 60% of the time.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
