About the Role

The Retail Brand Manager within Apple's Marcom team will lead strategy, creative development, and execution for Apple Retail Store and Online Store marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity across digital and physical channels. The team ensures the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms, engaging hundreds of millions of Apple customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the integration of Retail commercial program marketing efforts, knitting together several functional teams across the organization including Print/Graphic Design, Interactive, Video/Motion Graphics, Advertising/Media, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Market Development, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance.
  • Driving customer loyalty and brand equity across digital and physical channels.
  • Developing strategy and marketing plans, facilitating creative execution, leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple partners.
  • Directing Retail programs across various teams requiring inputs from numerous partners.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years marketing communications experience within an ad agency, design agency, performance marketing agency and/or in-house marketing communications department.
  • Previous experience with commercial marketing, which may include performance marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, demand generation marketing and/or Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Experience developing strategy and marketing plans, facilitating creative execution, leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple partners and stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence.
