The role involves executing a women's marketing strategy that elevates the brand, drives customer growth, energy, and engagement, and bringing the J.Crew Women's vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the delivery of a women's-first brand platform set by the VP of Brand, connecting dots between customer, culture, and design in partnership with the women's cross functional leads
  • Act as the marketing point person for third-party collaborations, owning the development of campaigns and working cross-functionally with Design, PR, Creative Production, and Social to bring them to life
  • Track the cultural, retail, consumer, and media landscape, working with internal and external partners to identify and share discoveries, insights, and opportunities
  • Act as a solution-oriented ambassador between cross functional partners including performance, product, PR, store, retail, design, creative, and merch
  • Manage cross-functional planning process for the marketing calendar and content schedule
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create a cohesive omni-channel strategy that supports business and brand goals
  • Support marketing team with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and analysis

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years' Marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and synthesize complicated scenarios into effective strategies
  • Proven ability to handle time-sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically but act tactically and evaluate tradeoffs
  • Excellent presentation (deck) making skills; ability to synthesize ideas and information in clear, easy-to-understand visuals
  • Experience with Photoshop or design tools is a plus

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Master's or Bachelor's Degree
