Key Responsibilities

  • Help lead the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns - from writing creative briefs to managing calendars, supporting the development of assets, and making sure every moment is on-brand and on-point.
  • Act as a bridge between Brand Creative, Growth, Retention, Community, Social, Events, Retail, and Product (Merch/Design) teams to make sure campaigns are seamless, strategic, and elevated across every touchpoint.
  • Ensure our visual and narrative identity comes through clearly and consistently in all marketing initiatives - and push to evolve how we show up creatively across the board.
  • Partner with the team to monitor campaign performance, especially across social, community, and retention channels. Capture learnings and identify opportunities to continuously improve our work.
  • Keep a close eye on what's happening in the world - from healthcare to fashion to entertainment - and bring fresh, relevant ideas that help FIGS stay ahead and stand out.
  • Bring strong creative instincts and bold thinking to the table. Actively contribute to brainstorms and campaign development with original ideas rooted in brand, strategy, and culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Social.
  • Proven ability to lead campaign workstreams and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • A strong brand and visual sensibility - and the ability to uphold and evolve it.
  • Comfort with creative feedback, collaboration, and fast-moving timelines.
  • Strong deck-building and presentation skills (Google Suite, Keynote, Canva).
  • Experience working with external vendors and agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
