About the Role

The Brand Marketing Manager, PRO Activations, East, NA (Florida based) at Ralph Lauren is responsible for managing the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives across the Southeast. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving qualified traffic to Polo Retail Outlets, and creating engaging customer experiences through activations, partnerships, and PR strategies. The position involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and regional relevance, with a focus on generating profitable revenue and differentiating the brand in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with national and global brand initiatives and meets commercial needs.
  • Drive development of new customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Plan and implement retail activations, client experiences, localized brand partnerships, community-driven moments, and PR opportunities to increase traffic, sales, and brand desirability.
  • Identify high-potential regional brand partnerships to amplify visibility and engage key consumer segments.
  • Support new store openings, tourism initiatives, and seasonal moments to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with retail management, corporate marketing, and creative teams to create exceptional customer experiences that enhance brand affinity.
  • Lead the strategic launch and management of the Clienteling experience across the region to drive personalized engagement and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with mall centers through media plans, display concepts, third-party partnerships, and events to increase foot traffic.
  • Plan, develop, and execute in-store activations and community moments, managing all logistics including vendor procurement and partnership agreements.
  • Oversee onsite event coordination, including setup, breakdown, and post-event analysis, sales tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage event budgets, ensure accurate billing, and update marketing calendars.
  • Analyze regional market insights, consumer trends, and industry data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead data acquisition efforts to support targeted marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to activations and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management, internal teams, PR agencies, and local partners to support regional marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Management experience in retail field and stores.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn technical applications quickly.
  • Experience with brand store events and activations is required.
  • Experience with events management and local PR is a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel as needed, including 2-4 days per quarter to New York/New Jersey.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
