About the Role

The brand marketing team at A. O. Smith is responsible for shaping how audiences perceive the company's water heating brands through product launch marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, brand programs, and sponsorships. The role is based out of Ashland City, TN, with a hybrid work program allowing remote work up to two days per week after initial onboarding. A. O. Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and optimize the product literature portal and print inventory to ensure timely availability of accurate and up-to-date marketing materials.
Update and maintain the sales enablement tool with the latest brand assets, product information, and campaign content to support field teams and partners.
Assist in the execution of customer loyalty programs and sponsorship activities by planning promotions, developing enewsletters, and coordinating communications.
Provide support for PR initiatives and social media efforts, including content planning, coordination, and execution in line with brand strategy.
Participate in New Product Development Teams (NPD), attend NPD team meetings, and act as communication and progress liaison between NPD Teams and Marketing Organization.
Develop impactful product copy and tools within collateral, ensuring brand standards are followed in product launch material efforts.
Manage purchasing card and process vendor invoices, and assist with occasional meeting and event planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or another related discipline.
3-5 years of related experience.
Strong organization skills and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize and multitask to manage workload.
Creative, innovative, and deadline-oriented personality.
Ability to proof and quality check work.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
