Brand Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team and project stakeholders to produce videos and digital content that are on-brand and drive results.
• Creatively write, shoot, and edit content to tell compelling stories.
• Build the brand on social media platforms.
• Deliver content across multiple platforms including LIVE streaming, social videos, and TV interviews.
• Coordinate asset and information exchange and take meeting notes.
• Maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong client service skills.
• Manage video equipment and software needs.
• Perform other duties as directed by management, including logging station promos.

Requirements

• Must possess strong writing abilities that can clearly and concisely communicate client messages in both short and long form content.
• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial and/or promotion experience, or a college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats.
• Broad understanding of marketing and design.
• Motion-graphics skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with frequent changes in direction and priority.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Occasional weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts may be required.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record as some travel may be required.
• Meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and achieve quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver content on multiple platforms including LIVE streaming, social videos, and TV.

Nice to Have

• On-air hosting experience.

Qualifications

• College degree (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
