Brand Specialist - Digital Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-quality, engaging content for websites, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages using Content Management System and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the segment and content team to ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate project workflows including assisting in development of schedules and tracking through various departments and customer bases.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Develop communication materials for marketing initiatives internally and externally and provide support for trade shows and sales/marketing meetings.
• Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
• Manage current analytics platforms and support with the improvement of reports, dashboards and tool implementation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Provide translation support for website content, marketing materials, and other communications to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Work with external translators and language service providers as needed.
• Use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.
• Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Spanish or French language proficiency.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content management systems.
• Experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent.
