Key Responsibilities

  • Design and drive industry-defining brand advocacy strategies for clients, translating bold brand ambitions into scalable programs that fuel organic growth through referrals, retention, and revenue.
  • Bridge brand strategy to execution, ensuring plans inspire and deliver measurable outcomes by activating real advocates.
  • Create insight-led playbooks that turn raw ambition into repeatable frameworks and scalable tools to activate communities and drive loyalty.
  • Hold brand partners accountable for delivering on commitments and aligning with the advocacy philosophy.
  • Elevate client conversations from tactical to transformational, setting new benchmarks for success in brand advocacy.
  • Co-create thought leadership with brands, launching case studies or insight pieces to showcase strategic impact and position Duel as a category leader.
  • Build a strategic framework that becomes the standard playbook for enterprise brand accounts and integrate it into the platform experience.
  • Identify strategic gaps and uncover growth levers across the customer lifecycle as part of Duel's GTM team.
  • Develop and present custom brand advocacy strategies for at least two priority brand partners to ensure internal alignment and customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop internal enablement tools, strategy hubs, playbooks, maturity models, workshops, and templates that scale brand thinking.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in brand, influencer, and community strategy, ideally gained in a fast-paced agency or with iconic brands.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and advocacy mechanics such as UGC, referrals, and loyalty.
  • Ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling narratives for stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive levels.
  • Experience leading brand workshops, aligning diverse teams, and communicating with clarity and conviction.
  • Solid foundation in digital and social strategy, with hands-on experience in account management, strategy, and brand development.
  • Ability to approach strategy comprehensively, considering brand goals, audience insights, cultural trends, and platform-specific tactics.
  • Experience in community-led and influencer marketing, advocating for micro-creator, community activation, and UGC-driven strategies.
  • Understanding of the difference between surface-level influence and deep authenticity and trust-driven engagement.

  • Strong grasp of data analysis to connect brand advocacy efforts to business impact.
  • Experience in developing and delivering brand workshops and strategic frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Senior level experience in brand, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in account management, marketing, or brand strategy roles.
