As the Brand Strategy Manager - Innovation, you lead the planning and development of global strategies, programs, and stories created to deliver new BISSELL innovations across line and category expansions, helping people and pets share happy, healthy homes. They first see themselves as a strategic business partner and second as a storyteller, connecting the needs of the consumer to the goals of the business through cross-channel initiatives. This role is accountable for leading the global strategy, comms plan, and cross-channel activation plans for product launches. Positioned in North America, this position is embedded in the US team to create compelling consumer experiences optimized to the cultural, competitive, and consumer environment. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communication Strategy, the role involves expertise in new product launches, go-to-market plans, and harnessing consumer and cultural trends to deliver successful activation plans and consumer experiences.
The role involves collaboration with global teams, outside agencies, and internal departments to develop strategic plans that meet or exceed goals. It emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous evolution of strategies and content to stay aligned with the dynamic consumer landscape.
