About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across different business functions including Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Customer Experience, and Product Line Management.
• Engage in commercial project work and experiential learning during each rotation.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members on real-life projects.
• Develop skills relevant to roles in sales, marketing, sales support, field engineering, product marketing, and product management.
• Build a professional network by working with company leaders and teams across the organization.

Requirements

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Optical Science and Engineering), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
• Ability to articulate interest in working in commercial roles such as sales, marketing, sales support, field engineering, product marketing, and/or product management.
• Interest in working in different corporate functions.
• Thrives in a diverse work environment.
• Inquisitive, curious, entrepreneurial, flexible, and mobile.
• Comfortable working independently and in groups.
• Driven and self-aware.

Nice to Have

• Multiple internships.
• Leadership roles on campus.
• Study abroad or international travel experience.
• Language skills (fluent in more than one language).
• Large company intern experience related to commercial roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with expected graduation in December 2025 or May 2026.
