Business Analyst, Data Integrity - Juno Beach, FL (ONSITE ONLY)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data integrity assessments across multiple datasets and systems.
• Perform data cleaning tasks to resolve inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
• Collaborate directly with colleagues to address data issues as needed.
• Develop and implement data quality standards, rules, and procedures.
• Coordinate with data owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to align on governance best practices.
• Document data quality issues and corresponding remediation steps.
• Deliver regular updates and data quality metrics to project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with data integrity assessment and data cleaning practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience navigating conflict or challenging situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for data quality and integrity.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of land or real estate contract data.
• Experience auditing or cleansing billing or payment datasets.
• Background in the energy sector or experience working with energy-related data.
