Business Development Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with current referral partners and keep them informed about staff updates and program enhancements.
• Proactively re-engage past referral sources who haven't referred recently and work to rebuild trust and collaboration.
• Support the admissions team by connecting them with referral sources in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure consistent communication between counselors and referral sources throughout a client's stay.
• Help coordinate aftercare referrals and connect clients to higher levels of care when needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned territories and ensure regional relationships are well maintained.
• Remain knowledgeable and compliant with all relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A.) from a four year accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
