About the Role

The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives. This role is part of AdventHealth Orlando, a major tertiary hospital serving the Southeast, the Caribbean, and South America, known for its large Emergency Department and cardiac catheterization labs. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and community impact within a purpose-minded team that values wholeness, healing, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans.
Markets opportunity to potential candidates.
Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget.
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development projects.
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's in business management or a related field.
2 years' experience.
3 years of technical experience.
2 years of leadership/management experience.
