Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed plans for growth in the assigned Territory to win with the Padel specialist Retail channel.
  • Be the Padel point of contact for their territory.
  • Be the Padel territory expert in understanding category ranges, key products, distribution, end user benefits and price/value relationship.
  • Build network and relationships with industry players, and be the first point of contact for Wilson Padel.
  • Deploy plans through local sales & marketing teams and support education of territory sales teams on seasonal offerings (product, price, programs).
  • Actively pursue new and existing business in line with Key Business Drivers set by Global Padel Leader, including driving door growth, Federation deals, partnerships, and corporate business.
  • Coordinate and communicate key stories, initiatives, and selling activities during the sales process.
  • Partner with demand planner, Sales, and Operations on forecasting, inventory planning, and system requirements.
  • Execute grassroots strategy by building a network of ambassadors including players, coaches, federations/academies, events, demos, and sport influencers.
  • Provide regional/local market feedback on range, channel design, competitors, consumer insights, and commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years relevant commercial and/or merchandising management experience for consumer products, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Padel or athletic and/or sporting goods market experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction and foster growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity to think differently and create new opportunities.
  • Negotiation and deal closing skills.
  • Open-minded, team-oriented networker personality.
  • Consumer-centric mindset and eagerness to support seamless consumer experience within OC approach.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to think beyond and challenge the status quo.
  • Driver's license.
  • Spanish language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Padel or athletic and/or sporting goods market experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in commercial or merchandising management for consumer products.
