Business Development/Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with HOA standards.
• Provide violation reports including photos, in depth descriptions, and suggested next steps of correction to the CAM's.
• Identify maintenance needs and propose solutions to clients.
• Complete inspections for a minimum of 30 communities monthly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA boards, CDD boards and clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project statuses and maintenance schedules for the entire community management pipeline.
• Achieve a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance solutions for properties under management.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain a completion rate of 95% for maintenance requests within agreed timelines.
• Plan, budget, and execute capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Successfully manage at least 3 CapEx projects per quarter.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Florida market.
• Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Acquire at least 5 new accounts (projects) per quarter.

Requirements

• Proficient in AI
• Drone pilot certification
• 4-year degree
• Project Management experience
• Sales pipeline management experience
