The Business Lead, Lifecycle Services, supports commercial marketing activities, develops seller competencies, manages performance, and interfaces with sales teams and partners to maximize Lifecycle Services sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibilities, including Services and Solutions businesses.
  • Build Services business through distribution, including partner delivered services portfolio, core-business, and programs like Connected Services and ARR, focusing on Customer/Partner Success.
  • Guide Solutions business through distribution and direct business via programs like Process and Information Solutions.
  • Manage performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses (Services & Solutions).
  • Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
  • Build and use knowledge of industry strategies and outcome-based selling principles.
  • Develop annual Business Plans for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services.
  • Ensure regional selling resources maintain appropriate competencies across Lifecycle Services offerings.
  • Build commercial programs related to Lifecycle Services responsibility.
  • Influence and operate across a matrixed organization, including distributors and sales teams, to achieve sales goals.
  • Understand accountability for total sales goals and achieve growth through indirect influence.
  • Support launch of new offerings to sales teams and channels.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer outcomes delivered by solutions.
  • Collaborate and share insights with peers.
  • Participate in calls and meetings by phone or in person.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including travel within assigned geography.
  • 5+ years of Services and Solutions (or related) experience.
  • Experience leading strategy, planning, execution, and performance for Lifecycle Services business in respective region.
  • Experience selling services within industrial automation (8+ years).
  • Understanding of Rockwell Automation's limited distribution and market access model.
