Campaign Fulfilment Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure creative deadlines are met for all media campaigns
• Build relationships with Advertisers to provide support and to fulfill campaigns in order to help build a loyal customer base
• Communicate with the Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Product Operations teams about campaign status, performance, and execution
• Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries over the telephone and through email
• Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps
• Ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis
• Set up auto-reporting and own manual client reporting deliveries
• Determine and execute campaign fulfillment strategy
• QA and monitor delivery of campaigns and optimize where necessary
• Conduct weekly product/client reporting
• Process campaign changes, working with sales and clients to set proper expectations around impact and timing
• Process lead returns and maintain system accuracy
• Secure proof of delivery and handle month-end close tasks
