Key Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver more relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Partner closely with demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys relating to Atlassian Government Cloud and other solutions.
  • Expand distribution footprint beyond owned channels through testing and experimentation.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, and other internal teams to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the buyer journey.
  • Report and provide insights into campaign performance and customer journey progress.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B.
  • Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes.
  • Strong program management and communication skills with experience working across sales, marketing, and technology teams.
  • A passion for metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Hyper-focused attention to detail.
  • Expertise in email marketing and paid channels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
  • Fluency in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus.
  • Desire to roll up sleeves and do the work necessary to get the job done.
  • Bonus: Public sector marketing experience.
