About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team, focusing on driving marketing programs that enhance the Subscription-Video-On-Demand (SVOD) business for Amazon Prime Video. This role is pivotal in acquiring and retaining SVOD customers through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing customer journeys, and leveraging data insights to optimize performance. This is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions, with employment through AGS.

Key Responsibilities

Drive marketing programs to enhance Amazon Prime Video's SVOD business for customer acquisition and retention.
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including email campaigns and placements on Amazon.com and Prime Video.
Map customer journeys from ingress points to both on-platform and off-platform actions.
Measure and report on each marketing campaign by building incrementality testing, reporting cadences, and utilizing data/customer insights.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics while identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve overall performance.
Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
