About the Role

The Campaign Specialist at Flypaper Digital Marketing is responsible for managing client accounts, creating digital marketing content, and supporting local businesses in Southeast Tennessee. The role involves engaging with clients through face-to-face meetings, developing social media campaigns, conducting keyword research, and ensuring effective communication and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to impact the local community positively while working in a dynamic and fun environment in Chattanooga, TN.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a monthly face-to-face meeting with all assigned customers, with a goal of 100% attendance and a minimum expectation of 80%.
Follow the standard process for pulling and reviewing reports.
Create social media posts and ads for clients using the Social Media package.
Help conduct keyword research to ensure the correct content is on sites.
Properly document all communication, follow-up, tasks, and meetings in HubSpot.
Complete all other Campaign Specialist tasks on time and with quality, including basic website changes and social posts.

Requirements

Ability to explain and discuss a broad array of products with solid knowledge of digital tools.
Detailed work ethic, highly motivated, well organized, and effective communication skills with diverse customers by phone and in person.
Persuasive presentation skills are essential.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
