About the Role

They are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead their digital marketing efforts, particularly leveraging HubSpot for impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, optimize, and manage HubSpot as the primary marketing automation platform, including emails, landing pages, workflows, websites, and overall platform strategy.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels to reach target audiences and meet performance goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for search engine optimization (SEO) and artificial intelligence optimization (AIO) to increase discoverability and improve marketing performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and platform usage, analyze metrics and KPIs, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives, updates, results, and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot capabilities, SEO/AIO best practices, and evolving digital marketing trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on HubSpot administration and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and understanding of AIO best practices.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Authorized to work in the US; must be physically located in one of the specified states.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with website management and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of government procurement or public sector solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing with a focus on HubSpot.
