About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Production Consultant on the Channel Operations - Digital Execution Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content, publish content via various internal content management systems, and provide subject matter expertise on channel execution strategy. The position involves day-to-day project management, business analysis for campaign activities, user acceptance testing, and partnering with technology teams to support content testing and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content
Publish digital marketing content via various internal content management systems (Tridion, WordPress, and AEM)
Provide subject matter expertise to marketing business partners on channel execution strategy
Perform day-to-day project management and business analysis for campaign execution activities
Provide user acceptance testing and communicate with marketing managers
Partner with technology and support partners to drive issue resolution with campaigns
Partner with technology development and product teams to build and support content testing for expansion of capabilities

Requirements

4+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience with digital content execution across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
Experience with HTML
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Relationship management skills to build trusted relationships with business partners
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment that values results
Project management experience
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited guidance
Quick learner capable of learning processes and technical details
Strong collaboration and partnering skills at all organizational levels

Nice to Have

Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
Support for test content needs
Experience in financial services or banking

Qualifications

Educational background or training demonstrating 4+ years of marketing production experience
