About the Role

The Truist Wealth Omni Digital Strategist is responsible for working in partnership with enterprise digital, vendors, technology, operations, compliance, support and marketing teammates to create and deliver competitive and differentiating digital solutions for Truist wealth and investment clients and teammates. The role involves providing strategic vision for a wealth segment, analyzing client feedback, managing vendor relationships, and advocating for digital client experience improvements that balance business benefits. The strategist understands key product functionalities, industry trends, and operational processes, and has practical experience to solve complex product and client issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applies knowledge and expertise to develop strategies with action plans by partnering with vendors and internal digital/non-digital solution teams
  • Defines and evangelizes the digital wealth or investment client strategy and uses data-driven insights to inform opportunities
  • Manages digital vendor partner relationships and influences their product roadmaps to meet client needs
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to translate how omni capabilities and solutions can improve the client and teammate experiences while adding business value
  • Ensures consistency throughout the digital experience aligning with Wealth and other LOB segment strategies including cross-channel/omni interactions
  • Collaborates with business leaders and participates in decisions for the recommendation, selection and prioritization of product features, vendors, and processes
  • Triages, troubleshoots, and resolves a range of product, client, and technology issues
  • Contributes to the continuous development of products and solutions including research, user testing, quality assurance, and vendor relationship management
  • Analyzes metrics and prepares briefs, presentations, and status reports for key stakeholders
  • Conducts industry research and competitive analyses to recommend product or marketing enhancements
  • Supports creation and distribution of teammate training programs, communications, sales efforts, and interfaces with internal and external marketing, branch, and call center teammates to prepare sales scripts, manage sales processes, and ensure business readiness for digital enhancements

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of experience in the digital (web/mobile), eCommerce or eBusiness
  • Two years of experience in leading cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Three years of experience in financial services industry
  • Three years of product management or sales experience
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and relevant professional designations (e.g., CFP)
  • Technology/software product development project team experience
  • Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of experience in the digital (web/mobile), eCommerce or eBusiness
