Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on companies and trends in the industrial & electronics sector, including machinery, robotics, automation, and building technologies.
  • Analyze the positioning and competitiveness of clients, evaluate key financial figures, technology and product strategies, and define market sizes and fields of application.
  • Support both short-term information gathering and long-term project support.
  • Access industry-specific sources and a global network of experts to inform analysis.
  • Collaborate with global consultants to develop insights and recommendations for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the industrial sector, market research, and/or corporate strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Tableau or Alteryx is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrials, building technologies, automation, or related industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar.
