Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics and insights to support the Omnichannel Commercial efforts within the US and Global Marketing organizations, including supporting quarterly business reviews, monthly reporting with insights, participating in brand campaign development and rollout, as well as ad-hoc analysis.
  • Develop and implement digital campaign analytics, including audience analysis, micro-segmentation, digital persona development, omnichannel customer journey development, test-and-learn campaign testing, analytics around content and channel affinity, and optimal sequencing of touchpoints.
  • Support campaign analytics and performance management by providing objective insights and interpreting complex data sources such as industry syndicated data, tactical performance data, and media measurement and benchmarking.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GCC, PRM, and broader analytics teams to understand strategic objectives and current marketing strategies.
  • Lead the development of monthly and quarterly reports through coordination with agency resources, offshore teams, and internal partners.
  • Interpret, summarize, and communicate analyses to drive campaign understanding and serve as an unbiased, objective voice for the brand.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to align on analytical priorities that support strategic imperatives and lead to brand performance improvements.
  • Merge insights from digital/omnichannel data with industry knowledge to develop test and learn opportunities and optimize campaigns through modifications to target audiences, publisher selection, and creative deployment.
  • Leverage available tools and team resources to maximize analytical output.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of forecasting, analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience.
  • OR Master's degree and 4 years of forecasting, analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience.
  • OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of forecasting, analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience.
  • OR Associate's degree and 10 years of forecasting, analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience.
  • OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of forecasting, analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and HCP omnichannel performance and optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with measurement around HCP custom programs.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks across the full consumer journey.
  • Ability to translate campaign and analytic results into insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Paid Search or SEM, Organic Search or SEO, Paid Social, Earned Social, Display, Email).
  • Ability to think strategically to support key business decisions.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to create omnichannel measurement and tracking plans across the entire consumer journey with recommendations for multiple brands.
  • Experience with measurement around HCP custom programs.
  • Deep understanding of measurement frameworks and creating learning plans to measure relationships between KPIs.
  • Skilled in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
