The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team partners with the Global Business Organization (GBO) on strategy, operations, and product commercialization. The team ensures Google's constantly evolving Ads business achieves strategic growth and operates with maximum efficiency. This team is responsible for establishing go-to-market strategies, prioritizing resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing new Ads products. The role involves representing the customer, advocating for product requirements, and building go-to-market infrastructure to support business goals and priorities. The Product Strategy and Operations team drives coordinated product and commercial decisions across the entire Ads ecosystem, supporting VPs and operational teams in setting agendas, decision-making, communication, and resource management.
