The Marketing Operations Technology Manager provides digital and technology-driven thought leadership and solutions for creative and operations teams including asset management, campaign and offer management, content management as well as process and project workflows. This role leverages strategic vision and understanding of roles, work processes, schedules, and deliverables to bridge the gap between creative needs and technology solutions, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and quality in marketing outputs. The manager partners with MarTech and other stakeholders to explore new technology solutions, optimize existing systems, and implement process automation to enable teams to create and distribute content more efficiently, ensuring operational and creative excellence.
