We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven, commercially sharp Channel Program Manager to lead the rollout and optimization of our Partner Program across EMEA, supporting partner growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and implementation of Partner Programs across EMEA, in collaboration with regional sales teams
  • Coordinate information flow to partners: updates, incentives, documentation, communication packs, and reports
  • Act as a central contact for partner-related topics across HQ, EMEA leadership, Sales, and Sales Support
  • Support contract management processes with partners
  • Drive partner landscape mapping and contribute to optimizing the partner network
  • Develop and standardize partner management processes across regions
  • Create and maintain standard work processes to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
  • Own and manage partner performance reporting including dashboard development and improvement
  • Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights for partner performance and coverage
  • Develop, maintain, and support QBR templates and content, ensuring data consistency and strategic value
  • Define and monitor KPIs for partner programs and initiatives
  • Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform improvements

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner/channel dynamics across various partner types (Distribution, OEM, Ecosystem, System Integrators) and +5 years of experience
  • Proven ability to connect incentives and programs to commercial outcomes
  • Experience in multi-country, multinational environments
  • Multilingual preferred (English required; additional EMEA languages a plus)
  • Self-starter with a drive to win and improve, not afraid to challenge or lead
  • Comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to design and refine processes that scale across regions
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, detail-focused and execution-oriented
  • Fluent in data analytics and KPI development to drive insights and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Additional EMEA languages beyond English

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or partner management roles
