About the Role

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Channel Strategist to join their team. As a Channel Strategist, you will be part of a dynamic marketing and sales operations team supporting critical lead management and audience strategy initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting channel planning to improve conversion rates. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly cross-functional, remote environment with a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations stakeholders to gather insights for channel plans and capability advancement.
  • Document current state processes and workflows and propose opportunities for optimizations and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver regular reports and draw insights on historical lead data, audience attributes, and lead performance metrics to support channel planning strategies.
  • Support project management to ensure detailed channel requirements are outlined for operational activation.
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting for stakeholders to identify root cause problems and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic marketing or channel planning role.
  • 5+ years of marketing automation experience, particularly with Marketo.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM tools, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and deliver clear, actionable plans and technical requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools beyond Marketo.
  • Experience working in financial services or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting and lead management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
