About the Role

The NetApp Sales Operations Manager for the Cloud Customer Success business plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team's efforts to maximize revenue and efficiency. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, implement strategies, and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Cloud Customer Success sales team to refine and improve sales processes, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential bottlenecks, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry by the sales team and generating reports to measure performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts for budgeting and planning purposes.
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Support the sales team by creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
